Swearing

Well it looks like there is one bright side to having RSD. Thanks to a recent study, RSDers everywhere have a medical excuse to swear when- and wherever we want.

Seriously. It’s true.

This study shows that swearing helps to alleviate pain a little.

So go ahead and let out a slew of swears, it’s good for you.

Just remember to carry a print-up of the study in case you swear in inappropriate situations.

Note: Use it sparingly, as overuse will ruin its effectiveness.
